At CherryPop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
