At CherryPop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
